Starfire originated as a dream to create a warm, friendly environment in which horse owners could feel free to pursue their riding interests, while at the same time would be provided the best in quality, individualized horse care.

After looking at what was out there, we knew we could and would offer more. Our ambitions were : TURNOUT, every day, as much as possible, and a choice of feeds to meet the needs of each horse.

Of course we needed an indoor arena for all-weather riding, along with the availability of scenic trails for pleasure riding.

We wanted to be hands-on resident owners who would personally manage the care of the horses, backed up by a knowledgeable and caring staff. There had to be communication between staff and horse owners, with an atmosphere where different breeds were appreciated and different riding interests were encouraged.

Starfire Equestrian Center offers a clean, safe, comfortable facility where people can enjoy the camaraderie of others with the same interest-HORSES!.

Well, we are proud to say that we have realized our dream at Starfire.
 
What makes us special is that we want to provide the kind of care for your horse that we expect for our own. We hope everyone will enjoy their time here at Starfire, whether it be participating in equine activities , or just taking a break in our climate controlled lounge. Every aspect of Starfire is individualized to meet the needs of each horse and owner. There is something here for everyone . Whether you are a seasoned horse owner or a first timer, there is a strong support system. As you browse through our site you will see our great facilities, our great staff, our great services, etc. More importantly, we hope you will see how much we care about our horses and owners, how much fun we have together, and what an incredible atmosphere we have in which learning is encouraged and supported.
